Some things just taste better in the summertime. Like a gooey s’more made over a campfire or a refreshing strawberry pie with a graham cracker crust.

We’re all about tasty desserts and summertime fun, so we’ve developed delicious gluten free graham crackers to use in any of your favorite summer treats.

Thick, sweet, flaky, and delicious, our gluten free graham crackers are handmade and baked to perfection.

We can’t give all of our secrets away, but we can tell you a little bit about how these gluten free graham crackers are so darn good.

Gluten Free Graham Cracker Secret Ingredients

Domestic Clover Honey

Our gluten free graham crackers are free of processed sugars! To get that sweet golden taste we use a simple, clean and versatile domestic clover honey.

The honey in our graham crackers is also what causes them to turn that gorgeous gold-brown color in the oven.

Bring on the Butter!

There is nothing in the baked-goods world (or basically any food world) that a generous helping of butter does not improve. Our gluten free graham crackers are no different!

The combination of melted butter and the sweetness of honey united with our special flour blend is ultimately what brings these graham crackers to life.

How It's Done

Much like the caterpillar who must first become a confused puddle of goo before it can become a butterfly, our gluten free graham cracker batter begins as a goopy dough.

It’s difficult to imagine that bowl of goo becoming a delicious graham cracker, but that’s where the magic of the method comes in!

Our secret is to take our graham cracker dough in all its goopy-caterpillar-like glory and roll it out very thinly on top of a sprinkling of flour.

The thin dough rises up magnificently when baked, creating the layered, crunchy, honey-comb like interior of our graham crackers.

Do Not Tarry in the Eating

Because our gluten free graham crackers are fresh and homemade, we recommend eating them within a couple of weeks after purchase.

Once the package has been opened, the graham crackers will start to take on moisture and will go stale.

The good news is you’ll have an excuse to eat them quickly!

Graham Cracker Crumb Frosting

You will need:

1 pound softened (room temperature)  butter

1 pound powdered sugar

½ cup graham cracker crumbs

In a stand mixer, beat butter until light and fluffy. Add in powdered sugar and beat with your mixer on low speed until fluffy again, then add in the graham cracker crumbs and mix until it’s well combined.

Spread this frosting over a chocolate cake and top with toasted marshmallows for a s'mores inspired cake or mix it with chocolate cake crumbs for some s’mores cake balls, yum!

S’mores Popcorn

You will need:

1 bag of popcorn, freshly popped

½ cup of chocolate, melted

1 cup miniature marshmallows

½ cup graham cracker crumbs

Pop a bag of your favorite popcorn and lay it out on a large baking sheet. Melt your chocolate and drizzle it over the top of the popcorn, then sprinkle with miniature marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs over the top. Stir or toss to combine and then let the chocolate set before eating.
