Baking and decorating sugar cookies is a holiday tradition for so many families. Now you can make them gluten-free at home with ease! Just add these additional ingredients: 1/2 cup butter, 1 egg, and 1 tsp vanilla. To make vegan cookies, substitute palm shortening or margarine for butter, and replace the egg with 1/3 cup of water. Gluten-free, nut-free, soy-free, and rice-free. Available for a limited time only!
Makes approximately 2 dozen cookies.
